INSTALLATION
you need to install libdeclarative-multimedia libqtmultimediakit1 on debianubuntu
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE KDE 4.8
EXTRACT HERE
/usr/share/kde4/apps/ksplash/Themes/
OR IT WILL GIVE YOUR AN ERROR ... i dunno why but the normal way to install this stuff doesn't work ...
