Medium blue windows, medium-dark gray input, dark blue buttons, bright text and selection. Put together for just the right mix of semi-dark, subdued colors and good contrast between elements.

(note that web browsers will tend to use black text in the input forms which black on medium gray may be hard to read - in that case just lighten the view background until it becomes readable)
