Description:
Light color scheme for (flat) oxygen.
To make oxygen theme backround more flat go to System Settings>Application Appearance>Colors>Options and under shading put contrast to minimal value (or under 50%).

if i understand you right, you might know that already: "To make oxygen theme flat go to System Settings>Application Appearance>Colors>Options and under shading put contrast to minimal value (or under 50%)." This Settings get saved as well in the color scheme file, so you can set it like you want for the user. :) Great Theme ! :D
Yeah, there is setting for that: [KDE] contrast=3 (values 0 to 10) but it gets ignored (probably a bug).
