Description: THIS IS FOR STYLE DEVELOPERS / APPLICATION DEVELOPERS ONLY
CheckColorRoles color theme for KDE 4 is used to check correct usage of so called "color roles" in styles. Violations are visible via non-matching foreground/background combinations.
Additionally, styles or applications that use hard coded black or white colors can be easily detected.
If you find a style/application that clearly violates the color rules, you could redirect its author to this color theme and point her to the problem.
The screenshots are from an old Oxygen (default KDE style) version. The version shipped with KDE 4.5 or later should have no violations. If you still find some, please report it to the KDE bug tracker.
Actually, on the second screenshot, I think you should also mark the arrows in the QSpinBox as incorrect. They should be dark green too. (me working on it)
You are right, I missed this one, maybe even others :)
Thanks for looking at the Oxygen problems. Beware that not everything is a bug in Oxygen, though. The places panel should be fixed in trunk already, and for the breed crumbs, I have a patch in the queue :)

Damn you're right :) Toolbutton text for instance can't be fixed afaik. Its an explicit "TODO" in KStyles to make it configurable.
Really nice and usable, would help devs make styles that won't suck with darked colors for one, also is not too bad as a style :)
