This is a very dark color scheme.
Some applications can't handle dark backgrounds very well. So you can expect to face difficulties to reading dark text on a dark backgrounds.
Note that the color scheme isn't fully applied until you restart the KDE session - Don't ask me why, I just don't know why. Last changelog:
