Can you please add ordinary ZIP files? There are a lot of distributions which are not based on Debian... And not everybody likes to install icon themes in the system but prefers user space... And installation in user space and ZIP package is required to be able to install the theme via KDE's new stuff feature...
I was not aware of deb creating problem. I would like to thank you for the advice and I am adding Zip file for cinnamon and KDE. Hope to have such suggestions and advice in future too.
