I added the missing buttons and improved their design in the Air-oxygen-color theme (http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/Air-oxygen-color?content=136510). Air-oxygen-color is experimental, I will merge it in Air-oxygen when it will be ready.
You can add this button through the settings of the original Oxygen decoration...
Sorry. I thought it was the original Oxygen, not air-oxygen...
