To change outglow color u have to be familiar with SVG editors (like Inkscape, Karbon) and with Plasma theme rules (a good point to start is here https://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Plasma/Theme).
If u are already familiar then open decoration.svgz file and go ahead :).
Nice work, this theme goes perfectly with a lot of icon packs and firefox themes.
But what if I want to change the windows outglow color?
I searched all over the internet but every answers was wrong.
I'm now using the 14.04 release with the latest version of KDE.
