Description: Oxygen theme for emerald. This one is basically based on a theme that can be found here: http://www.linux-look.be/gnome-emerald.html
or here: http://compiz-themes.org/content/show.php/Oxygen+KDE+4.4.1?content=122284
The difference is: - smaller size window control buttons (15px height, just as original KDE Oxygen theme) - button distances resemble those in KDE's native Oxygen Styel: Close button is separated from Minimize and Maximize - no glow and animation for control buttons in on hover state - smaller size decoration borders (top, bottom, left, right) - Black shadow instead of light blue
By and large, this theme attempts to provide a very close look and feel to what you would find in KDE's native Oxygen theme.
This is as far as I am motivated but you could take it one step further and actually recreate original Oxygen control buttons. The one used in this theme look a little differently.
As of today this theme looks like the only one available around that provides a close KDE Oxygen Style imitation.
Enjoy it.

Hi, i've tried to modify the theme in order to integrate it better with oxygen kde theme, i obtained a fair result, so if someone could help me we would create a good theme for kde. Thanks
P.s. my modified theme is here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1519420/oxygen-emerald-toketin.emerald
It looks great thanks for your contribution but unfortunately I cannot join the efforts with you simply because I do not have time for that. Contact Phlox maybe he'll be interested or maybe someone else.

Check this link out. Here's another person working on the same project basically.
Hi,
read this http://www.opensource.org/licenses/artistic-license-2.0.php
And now that you must ask for permission to change my theme.
Also you need to give credit to me in your work .

hi Dear,
you said in your writings, that your theme would be the only one, that would bring real close KDE-look.
This is not really true. Look at this artwork of the author phlox, that I found here in the section "Beryl".
ou can find it here:
http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Oxygen+KDE+4.4.1?content=122284
Then perhaps, you should update your writing in some way, that your them is only one of several out here....
Greetings

Hey sorry about the long delayed answer so do you want me to remove this? or are you okay with a derivative I made?
You can leave it but next time give credit to the original builder . Greetings

Point is that theme hardly looks like KDE's original. Go ahead and download both then compare them in turns to KDE's original Oxygen Style.
