Hi, you need to install Compiz Fusion Manager (ccsm) and Emerald Theme Manager first. If you are on Ubuntu, simply search the Software Center for "Compiz" and than "Emerald" and choose the right programs to install.
Than you need to tell Compiz to use Emerald themes to decorate windows and than import this theme to Emerald. (You can Google both procedures as unfortunately I wanted to make a video on how to do that but can't get to my Wubi Ubuntu and record it. So if you can't wait, use Google, or just wait for a week until I release the video.)
