The original Angelical theme is very attractive, but it wasn't quite suitable for me because the buttons contrasted too sharply with the background, the button design looked just close enough to QtCurve's (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/QtCurve+(KDE4%2C+KDE3%2C+%26+Gtk2+Theme)?content=40492QtCurve) button widgets that it made the rest of my theme look inconsistent. I've adapted it to use a series of subtler buttons based on the Canopy theme included with Emerald.
I also tweaked the border's colour since "pure white" was evidently not white enough for me.
