I decided to rebuild every Windows theme that ever was and create a package with everything in it.
(But that will be a very hard task and take some more time to accomplish ^^)
Soooo.. this is a test of the Windows 3.1 theme.
I made it within 10 minutes or so, and as you can see there is still VERY much to do.
But have fun with this first alpha version.
I recommend to disable the dimming of buttons.
