Aero-Aqua Mix
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
Description:
This theme combines my favorite aspects from both the Aero and Aqua interfaces.
The package includes clear, dark, brave (blue), wise (green), human (orange) variants, alternatives with traditional button layouts, and matching gnome-panel backgrounds.
NOTE: It looks best with window blur enabled.

Wow just discovered these themes .. they are really beautiful !! Although I don't use them fulltime cause they don't blend in with Shiki-Colors .. but I love how you have made them different colours.
Do you this it can also work with Compiz ?
It should work with compiz fusion or beryl as long as emerald is installed.
Hi man, i really love your theme :) But could you maybe make a version with buttons on the right side?
There is already. Inside the package, the "Righty Themes" all have the buttons in the traditional right-side layout.
It seems there is a problem with the buttons in the righty themes. The "close" button is over the "roll" button. Would be nice if you can fix that pls :)
that is an emerald bug that happens on windows already opened when you switch from a normal theme to a righty one. just close all windows, or restart emerald after selecting your theme. alt + f2 "emerald --replace" does the trick.
Nice wallpaper . Could you give as a link. Congratulations for your themes. But one things. It doesn't apply on the mandriva control center or SuSe config tools. Why ?
The themes themselves should work fine wherever compiz fusion does, as long as emerald is installed. I've only tested applying themes through the emerald theme manager, so I'll have to download a suse live cd and try to replicate your problem. you can find the wallpaper here: http://psychopulse.deviantart.com/art/Pepper-project-wallpaper-mod-74093641
The older titlebar icon looked a way better than these new icons. The older icons are much softer. I have a version of this great theme with older icons and green colour. If you dont mind i could upload that theme to gnome-look.
I decided to use these new icons mostly because they're easier on the eyes in higher resolutions, and they blend in better with my GTK themes.. Anyway, you're free to modify and release the theme as long as you reference mine. Also, I can help you or send you the old icons if you need them.
I coudn't dream of anything better if you ask me. It should be part of the next release! :) Cygoku
I already added panel backgrounds for both themes in the package, thanks for the suggestion.
...without even knowing it was your work, after trying alteast 50 gtk2 theme that look dark, I ended up using this emerald theme with Clearlooks Human Dark. Cygoku
I'm glad you like both of my themes.. btw, after a bit of trying I finally managed to make panels that match the line in both dark and light backgrounds.. it's not exactly the same as the theme, but it should look well enough. This is what I've been trying to do all afternoon. Not that I didn't manage to do something, but, just like yours I couldn't get that thin line as grey as the one in the emerald theme (the one on the panel is more white). Atleast this time I tried before asking help! :) I can't appreciated enough your patience with me. Cygoku
... again ... :P You once answered me that to match the panel with the border, I could use black as the main color and set it to around 40% opacity. Can you please provide me the same information about that very thin line on the edge of your emerald theme please? :) Cygoku
Since the Dark theme in particular has gotten a bit darker over the last upgrades, you might want to make the opacity around 50-55%. As for the thin border line, i don't imagine you can add it to the panel without using a picture background.. I think using something like this should work: Top Panel, http://img341.imageshack.us/img341/2020/56780025vn0.png Bottom Panel, http://img137.imageshack.us/img137/5706/51124548bh6.png It's not perfect, but it should give you an idea.
Are you also updating Dark and Righies version when you do some changes?,... Cygoku
yes, I try to update all of them.. although since the dark themes are in fact dark, it's harder to notice such minor changes unless you look closely.
Great Beryl Theme! Could you upload your theme for kde or explain what colours and fonts you use? Thanks!
I don't use KDE, so I don't really have a theme to go with it.. but I imagine any light theme that you feel comfortable with would look good. As for GTK, i'm using my Clearlooks Human theme, and the Lucida Grande fonts. If you really would like to have the same color scheme as in the picture under KDE, I guess you could port them from the GTK theme.
Ahem, it would be nice if the buton feature order was the same as ... windows ... Cygoku
you can change the order by clicking the edit themes tab, then the titlebar tab.. where it says Object Layout, you would change XNC to NXC N = minimize, X = restore, C = close.
Think we can get a Aero-Aqua Dark (Righty)? :) Cygoku
