Description:
This is a theme that I created for Emerald that I've since ported to deKorator.

To install, untar the archive and set the paths for deco, buttons, and masks in dekorator's options under system settings.

It's named after the philosopher Ronald Dworkin.

The bespin config is just the default. The icons are Oxygen Refit 2 Black. Here: http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/Oxygen+Refit+Black?content=89298
