I get the same on the last couple of new themes put on this site. Is there a new version of deKorator that we dont know about?

Well, I think it's the new version that is the problem:
"note that the themes that worked with deKorator 0.1 wo'nt work under 0.2 so u need to port them, i've made a little script(portDek which located in the tarball package and on goodis dir at my homepage) that does it all for u and will port your 0.1 themes to 0.2 package format,just read the instruction inside the script before u porting it."

You need to download the file, and then extract it. Go to dekorator and click paths. Browse to the downloaded files. When done hit apply and it should work.

its not a valid dekorator theme file...
