This is a QtCurve preset (works with QtCurve v.1.8.14).

How to install:

Download Jester. Open System Settings. Go to Application Appearance->Style. If you haven't already, load Widget style: QtCurve. Click Configure... In Presets and Preview click Import... navigate to, and Open this preset's .qtcurve file. Click OK and Apply.

Don't forget to activate the Blur plugin in System Settings->Desktop Effects->Effects, and to set Compositing type to OpenGL in System Settings->Desktop Effects->Advanced.

You'd probably like to set your preferred Color scheme in System Settings->Application Appearance->Colors->Scheme. (I am using a slightly customized "Norway".)
