[1] Kde color scheme - open kde system settings - select appearance - select colors - select import... - go to diamandmaxx folder and select Diamondmax.colors and pres open - select diamonmaxx in Color SCheme - press apply
[2] Kde widget style - open kde system settings - select appearance - select Style - Select QtCurve in widget style - press configure - Press Options > import.. - Go to diamnd maxx and select the file diamondmaxx.qtcurve - press ok - press apply - close system settings
[3] Emerald theme - Open emerald theme manager - press import - Go to diamondmaxx folder and open diamondmax.emerald - Select diamondmax on themes list - close Emerald themer manager

I'm not using kubunto but gentoo so I cant give you mutch help.
May be you have to install some other package, on gentoo qtcurve and qtcurve-gtk are separated packages.
You may olso try to build qtcurve from source http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=40492

OS: Kubuntu 8.10 I installed qtcurve via apt-get and I see qtcurve selection in GTK styles but not in the widget styles. I'm I doing something wrong?
