I woul try your window decoration but don't know where to copy the files, especially the .qtcurve-file in my debian/kde4 file system.
Could you give me information, please?

The file can be anywhere you like; you need to import it from the QtCurve configuration.
In KDE System settings select the QtCurve style and press the "Configure..." button, then "Import..." from the "Options" dropdown menu. Select the .qtcurve file; this imports settings for both the application interface and the window manager.
To change Kwin the QtCurve window decoration must also be selected.
