0. Download the theme
1. Launch VLC from menu
2. Right-click and select:
a. interface
b. preferences
3. Check the radio button in "Own skin" and tell VLC the path to downloaded theme file.
4. Click Save/Apply
Remember that when You move the theme file somewhere else, You have to point the new location to VLC.
