Also have a look at the included README-file in which you find infos about AmarokFS and the themes this theme is based on!
EDIT: I fixed a little oopsie: the reflection pic was set a bit too high. Either you download the new file or you correct it yourself in the xml-file in line 137. set from 290 to 310. sorry

I really like it so far, it looks good! Especially the buttons arranged like that. I also thought about it because my favorit superkaramba-theme uses them like this: http://img227.imageshack.us/img227/2373/amarokko3.jpg so: go for it :-)
