Description:
This theme is 100% derivative of other peoples' works.
None of this, I repeat, NONE of this is my own work.
Most of the Ethel the Frog components are from the default ETF theme.
The second hand is from the "Octagon" ETF theme.
The background image is an icon made by Troy Watson

I saw Troy's icons (and other SUSE related work) while looking for wallpaper, and the nice round icons seemed perfect for a clock face.
