Inspired by/Modded from Calmth and Clearbox.

Userbility goes best with the GTK theme of the same name, but should fit with any theme (I'm currently working to make it match GTK theme, stay tuned!)

Userbility is Fitt's Law complient - the corner button goes to the exact corner pixel, and the buttons are large and easy to hit.
