Great job with this one! I'm a big fan of bright blue themes, and this is my new favorite. I think it would look even better if the minimize/maximize/close buttons were symmetrical, though.
1. Could you please add a metacity-theme2.xml, this enables the stick, shade and above buttons (the crux theme shipped with mcity, ships that file.
2. Could you add a version with buttons optimized for beeing placed on the right?
This is the best MCity theme I saw ever. And can get even better.

@ 2. I mean the maximize and minize buttons I want to place them like: close maximize minimze, on the left, that looks ugly at the moment.
