Description: For those wanting an easy-to-use script to automate converting most video formats to DVD, here is one for you.
It allows for easy conversion to DVDs and/or ISOs, from whatever type of video input desired. Just follow whatever menu options that might pop up I made for it, and it should be very simple to use. Enjoy.
To note: While this should be a very simple and basic way to convert most video file types to DVD, what this works best for is MPEG video that is already DVD-compliant. It merely transforms that MPEG-Video into the proper manner to make a DVD.
Requires:
sudo apt-get install ffmpeg mencoder
To Run (2 ways):
1. Run in a terminal window and optionally input a path to a video if you would like:
./path/to/Video2Dvd.sh "/path/to/video"
2. Run as a nautilus-script, by right-clicking a selected video file; it will start the menu options automaticallyLast changelog:
