Description: This script aids you in downloading image files from removable media (sd/mmc cards etc) or to (re)organize your image files. It reads the image file's exif information and creates a directory structure according to the gathered date information, so you can organize your photos by date. The script is highly configurable and comes with a nice GUI frontend.
The script itself depends on jhead, optionally ImageMagick if you want to scale/ modify the pictures on the fly and optionally zenity for user interaction The GUI frontend needs pygtk (gtk >= 2.16).
Hello, I think that this would be fantastic, but it don't work with ligbtk-2.18 :( could u make it compatible or explain me how to install with a different gtk release?
Thanks
If u are a photographer or a photo-manipulator, pls consider to try LuminanceHDR software, If u browse my gallery, you will find a nice icon for gnome integration.
Thanks for your interest! Would you please be so kind to tell me more detailed what is not working with libgtk-2.18 ? I am running 2.18 myself here on an Arch Linux installation and reports on Ubuntu are positive as well. You can drop me an email at hannenz[at]freenet.de i think that would speed things a little up.
