I downloaded this and didn't find any malware. Just GnoMenu theme without any scripts.
I don't find anything bad in this file, just like the other guy said.
Lucky for you. I don't post warnings without reason. The file has more than likely been replaced. Board management here were notified. Other files from the poster do contain malware.
