Update 20/03/2015: It has come to my attention that the skin has issues with 2.20. I have made workarounds to get it to work with 2.20 in v2 which can be found here:

I used to use it perfectly with vlc 2.1.5 but after i upgraded my vlc to 2.2.0 the video do not appear when i change the layout.
Hope you have time to fix it because i realy love it.

Thank you for bringing this up. I tested it myself on 2.20 and confirmed those issues (plus more). I have made some changes to the skin and have uploaded a second version with work arounds to the issues.
