The color circles would give it the awsome touch it needs. And the title can be left alone, it can say XMMS not iTunes. But overall looks great!!! Was looking for this XMMS theme for a while. Keep up!

I think you should change _[]X in the right corner into the green-yellow-red circles.. but without the change it's also nice.
