Description:
My personal touch on the default Xubuntu 14.04 bootsplash theme.
1. Extract file to /lib/plymouth/themes
2. sudo update-alternatives --install /lib/plymouth/themes/default.plymouth default.plymouth /lib/plymouth/themes/xubuntu-blue-spinner/xubuntu-blue-spinner.plymouth 100
3. sudo update-alternatives --config default.plymouth
4. Choose corresponding number
5. sudo update-initramfs -u
