How to install the theme:
You might want to backup your original XSplash theme, so type the following in the terminal (or ctrl+c - shift+ctrl+v in terminal) sudo cp /usr/share/images/xsplash/ /usr/share/images/xsplash_backup/ than with root privileges extract this archive to /usr/share/images/xsplash/
mind that to install another theme you may just copy any .jpg picture to /usr/share/images/xsplash/ and rename it as bg.jpg! The same is with logo and throbbler (animation) files! simply change logo.png and trobber.png (simlinks will do the job for you=) )

sorry((= I'm planning to add logos of Ubuntu and couple of other Linux distros (which use xsplash) to theme for everyone could change logo space into preferable. also I want to make some interesting animation, but lack of time (because of upcoming exams in my university) gives me nothing, but headache...

But the nerve clasp ad, right across the picture makes it useless...
