If you install xnest (assuming you're on Ubuntu it's apt-get install xnest) You could make a screenshot using "gdmflexiserver --xnest"
Oh, hab die Sprache kaum erkannt, lol. Also du kannst xnest installieren und dann bei Rechtsklick auf das Gnome Menü Menüs bearbeiten wählen, und dann in "Anwendungen>Systemwerkzeuge" "in einem Fenster neu anmelden" aktivieren. Dann hast du eine Demo von deinem Theme und kannst ein Screenshot aufnehmen :-)

I'm using Jaunty right now and it was xnest for me. But it may be something else on your version. Whatever works best :-) Tja, kann man mal sehen wie kreativ die Deutschen sind :-P xD
