How do I install this? I looked inside the extracted folder for a readme file or anything that might contain instructions. Didn't find anything. I'm trying to install this on Debian 10 running Gnome 3.30.2. Can anyone help?
This theme was created for LinuxMint 17 and older releases of Linux distributions. I don't know how to install the GDM theme in newer Linux distributions as they mostly use LightDM as a login screen. If you get a try on your own and succeed, please leave instructions as comment here. Tanks
10 10 the best thanks!
I missed the link ... sorry :-( http://c-nergy.be/blog/?p=11550

If somebody find a way how to install the theme on newer Linuxes I'll be glad if you leave a comment here with the instructions.

Hah Hah ..stilllllll
What desktop environment do you use? Desktop environments are MATE, GNOME, KDE etc.
Great theme, but I don't know how to install it :'(. Can you help me please?
I uploaded a new archive with Plasmatic theme. Download it again and follow the Installation instructions in the "Installation" file located in the theme archive. Now it should be more easy to install Plasmatic theme.
installation points to MDM themes folder, MDM != GDM so if you're running Gnome Shell with GDM as your login manager, this one won't fit for you. That and the fact that no getresource binaries are found inside the tar file I downloaded
How to apply this GDM theme in Fedora16 (Gnome 3.2)?
It looks grate...I also wonder how to use it in Fedora 16...
Good job! And the variety is a very nice thing ;) Voted good ;)
Thanks for comment and vote. I appreciate both. Color variety is similar to Polaris Metacity theme.
