This archive file contains two folders which can be copied to the same location as the main ZorinOS icon theme folder.
Then choosing either one will only change the panel icons to monochome - dark or light.

i just extract them from the zorin os 6 iso couse i was testing it on virtualbox no idea how to do that sorry :)

Nice icon set, similar to Oxymentary, but it doesn't work in Ubuntu. It doesn't make sense as Zorin OS is Ubuntu-based, and I've checked permissions.
However, it did work on second attempt ;-)
