An Icon Theme should have a valid .theme file among its files and aim to be complete for desktop use under Gnome or KDE Plasma.
If it contains only a single icon or a small set of icons, please use the Icon Sub-Sets or Single Icon/Logo categories instead.

The following link points to an archive file which can be extracted to choose ZorinOS-Mono-Light or ZorinOS-Mono-Dark versions of this icon theme for Ubuntu Unity panel. Perhaps you might consider adding this to the next version.
i just extract them from the zorin os 6 iso couse i was testing it on virtualbox no idea how to do that sorry :)
I forgot to add the link: http://ubuntuone.com/2pJ7xTGMO8TB45am6IAZlB This archive file contains two folders which can be copied to the same location as the main ZorinOS icon theme folder. Then choosing either one will only change the panel icons to monochome - dark or light.
Nice icon set, similar to Oxymentary, but it doesn't work in Ubuntu. It doesn't make sense as Zorin OS is Ubuntu-based, and I've checked permissions.
However, it did work on second attempt ;-)
