Hi there.
This is an icon theme that I compiled originally for KDE, and now I decided to port it to gnome.
You will find:
· Very nice OSX-Lion like folders, with a fresh color style
· Minimal places icons that gives an homogeneus look on nautilus
· A lot of modded icons for your everyday apps
Very OSX like, this is a combination of several icons made by a bunch of very talented people (myself excluded of course). Credits can be found on the original post @ kde-look (http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/MaK-LionTaste+Icons+?content=149051).

My panel is dark and icons from theme are dark too. How can i change dark icons with light ones?
hey man, thank for your comment. Actually that's a tricky one... as far as i know the gnome-shell theme is the one choosing what kind of icons to use. Let me check a little bit more in order to fix it. If anybody is able to give a some clue, they will be very welcome. cheers :)
deffinetly... your gnome-shell theme is the one that manage your panel icons. just try another theme to check it. :)
