Very good work already done very well, looking for that theme was long, but the icons came out very big direction so using the old index.theme nuvola he had, and reloading the gtk icon cache is solved:

I just wanted to add, that this theme is already a gnome-Theme. Because you can also install it together with the package "gnome-themes-extras" in Synaptic.
But this package causes crashes of the humanity-Icon-Theme and I do not wwant this package. I only want the Nuvola-Theme out of it.
O please, put this theme here on http://gnome-look.org or on http://softpedia.com.
Then I think, you would have higher download-rates and many people are already looking for Nuvola.

Here are my suggestions:
why don't you upload it directly to http://gnome-look.org? Or why don you use the server of http://softpedia.com?
These are public and free servers!! They do not charge as far as I know.
But Rapidshare charges you if you exceed a certain amount of downloads and wants you to pay!! This is not the sence of opensource-software!! So I won download this theme from Rapishare!
Please upload this theme directly to one of my suggested servers!!
This server-charging from Rapidshare is annoying!!

RE: Karmic issue, the theme inherits tango and hicolor. Are you seeing no icons at all? I'll look into problems with Karmic once the stable release come out.
Also, if anyone has the time and interest to contribute to this theme let me know and we can jointly release an update. I don't have much time at the moment to work on it. While it is reasonably comprehensive it could definitely use some cleaning up. The goal is to make this theme look as natural on a gnome desktop as it did under KDE3.
I am thinking this is a Ubuntu Karmic 9.10 issue as it is alpha 5 (testing) but the Documents, Music, Pictures & Videos under the "Places" gnome-panel menu are not showing.
However, if it is missing icons as the Human icon theme that is standard, does show the icons for these options.
If this is a GTK2+ issue then it will be corrected if the theme is developed in the latest GTK2 engine.
Great icon theme, you just got my vote.

Its on Rapidshare - no good for me so I won't try it. What's the point of open source if its buried on commercial servers?
