Tested with Gnome 3.14 Should also work with Gnome 3.12
If you use the Dash to Dock extension you will get more functionality with this theme, such as focus of the running application.
It seems there is a bug in GNOME. So if you want to see the correct calendar you should activate the week numbers with the Gnome Tweak Tool. Tweak Tool ->Top Bar -> Calendar -> Show week numbers
install the downloaded GNOME Shell theme with the Gnome Tweak Tool, or extract the GNOME Shell theme to ~/.themes.

I like the icons, the ones i am currently using fall outside of the octagonal dock so i would like to change to the ones you are using. Thank you!
