You only changed 3. Png files (max. min. close) off metacity theme without changing a single line of original GTK3 theme.
I recommend you publish your small modification in the metacity themes section as a modification of elementary theme to fit the reality of their work.
You have not done this GTK3 theme.
Should I mention the real author.
Respect the author and say exactly what his contribution to the original GTK3 theme.
