Download the archive and extract to /usr/share/themes
For Ubuntu use Ubuntu Tweak -> Tweaks -> Theme and select Acvamaren for theme, Acvamarin for icons form Acvamarin.deb file(http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Acvamarin?content=16106
The theme has two window theme flavours:
Acvamaren and Acvamaren-White
