2) Extract Clearbird.tar.gz to $HOME/.themes

For lxpanel recommend uncomment string in $HOME/.themes/Clearbird/gtk-2.0/panel.rc:

After the latest update of GTK3 the theme doesn't look good with all GTK3 applications, see this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/XdOyWEB.png Could you fix this bug?
