Description: I was out looking for a theme to match that desktop background but couldn't find one, I found one that was blue, but I really like clearlooks so I decided to develop my own: here it is!
Your screenshots tell nothing about the theme. Open some Nautilus windows and/or Firefox. Let us see the whole thing and not just a desktop and a hard-to-see taskbar.
