used many and this is the best, comes in
gtk2 or gtk3 varieties, of course I use
the gtk2 version.
Changes:
Inactive tab colorfy to give more
contrast between active/inactive tabs.
Added a second IceWm window surround, So
Icewm users now have two choices.
While working with this surround, discovered some cool ideas, that
would change this theme look too much.
Perhaps a new theme or two in the future.
