Simplicity
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
There are three colour variants, blue, sand and neutral.
The original is based on clearlooks and pixmaps. The latest is based on murrine and pixmaps. I have managed to get rid of all pixmaps apart from one.
The window borders are metacity and these are bundled with the Gtk's. Extract the colour variant you want into .themes
Thanks to Eurypon's feedback I located and fixed a long time problem with the code which allows the check boxes to show up in menus.
The code has been completely revamped and lots of spurious entries removed. I can't find any errors now.
The scrollbars and their troughs have been modified.
The panel and panel buttons have been changed to fit better with the titlebar colour.
The metacity has had the border thickness increased and the buttons have been changed to give a simpler, sleeker look. The titlebar elements have been modified to give a smoother appearance of roundness at the corners.
The theme is now based on murrine and the code has been completely rewritten and simplified using Alliance-greige as a template.
Hopefully these changes have improved the look and the feel.

your not using global menu, just thought so....but those white menus does not look good imho, maybe an implementation in the gtk could be nice. kind regards mikedk
The menus look OK on my machine so I am confused. Do you have a screenshot I could look at please?
which icons are u using, and could you link to wallpapers too? kind regards mikedk
The icons and wallpapers are included with the latest Sabayon version so I cannot link to them, sorry.
I see your using global menu, cause, all menus are totally white, and this does not look very good, could you make a version for us that don't use global menu? kind regards mikedk
Do you mean the menus or menubar? If you mean the menubar, then that is meant to be white. Maybe that is not to your taste so thank you for your feedback. If it is the menus then I'm not sure of the fault and hope you can show me a screenshot as mentioned in my comment below.
