Hey man, looks really nice... downloading right now :) Could I ask what's your Desktop Environment? I'm asking 'cause Gnome doesn't have the right-click menu with the apps and a sleek, slim bottom bar such as the one in your screenshot :).

icons are called pantherII. You can find them here in gnome-look.org
