This theme is created using the equinox engine to provide an all gray experience.
If you do not have nautilus elementary installed and dont wish to install it just comment the 2nd line from the bottom of the gtkrc file.

Metacity is great. lose the gtk
People have different tastes I dont mind that you hate the gtk but at least tell me why I should lose it? Glad you like the metacity but expect an update soon to fix the close and maximize positions. They're a few pixels off. Enjoy!
