This time two themes:

1. Arbeit Leo - Darker, with smooth buttons. Using Aurora engine

2. Arbeit Mac - Brighter, with glassy buttons. Running on Equinox engine

Now, few things:
-Aurora engine is very good, works fast and looks nice but Equinox is more "eyecandy" and has awesome buttons animation.
-But aurora engine works without any problems, equinox in the other hand have some problems with combobox entry, button color, and progressbar in some aplications . This bugs comes from engine and are not really big bugs... but they do exists.

So tell me what do you think, I`ll release both tomorrow.

And there will be versions for those using Global menu, and for those who don`t use nautilus elementary.
