The menu size can be changed in the file ~/.themes/OSX-theme-mod/gtk-2.0/gtkrc
Replace the sizes which appear in the following line with your own:
# Icon size settings for menus, panels and toolbars
gtk-icon-sizes = "panel-menu=48,48:panel=48,48:gtk-button=16,16:gtk-large-toolbar=24,24"
i'm getting sick of OS X themes that try to emulate the pill buttons. GNOME DOESNT DO THEM RIGHT!
be original. OS X is a good base, but do your own work!

This looks really great. Is there a way to make those menu items smaller. They look to big compared with my little fonts and small items.
