The idea behind this was to make a theme, that would fit small monitors with high resolution (like mine 15.4" 1680x1050) - typical theme has either too high titlebar or too small buttons. Therefore I have made short and wide buttons, and placed them on glass-like frame.

It's a good start, but you might consider a different color scheme for the buttons. The dark blue is hard to see against the black background. Keep at it. Don't be afraid to try something different.
I have high contrast, so buttons are visible enough to me, the colors are also fine to me. But perhaps a more visible button outline may help? Anyway - first I'd like to learn GIMP and xfwm4 theming better (like colors following the gtk theme colors), and then I'll try to improve this :). Thanks for your comment.
