I like the icons too. What theme are they?
It's nuoveXT icon theme. You an find it at this link: http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/nuoveXT?content=26448
Very nice, maybe next time make the window text a little darker?
You can modify file themerc in xfwm4 folder. There is lines: active_text_colour, active_text_shadow_colour to change colour modify this lines. Sorry for my English.
