Description: I was having difficulty finding a wood theme for Xfwm4, so I decided to make one myself. This is my first attempt at making a theme for Xfce, but I hope you like it and please let me know if you have any suggestions.
99 excellent Love it! My only qualm is that the buttons & window title alignment can't be configured differently. Definitely like this enough that I resurrected the comments almost a decade after it was submitted!
Just started migrating from gnome to xfce and I was using my own gnome wood theme, haven't got time to translate to xfce yet so this is ideal very well done!
Anthony, thanks for creating this theme. I remember a couple of years ago when I first saw a wooden GTK theme being uploaded to this site that included a Metacity theme but not an Xfwm theme. In fact, I remember someone asking the very same thing, and since, at the time, I didn't have a computer that could display the Compiz effects and there was no wooden Xfwm theme on here at the time either, I remember recommending the "Retro" Xfwm theme which comes with Xfce to her, even though it was by no means a wooden Xfwm theme (I just thought it looked best with that theme, for what it's worth).
But now, you've taken care of that, and I can really see this theme getting lots of downloads and "good" ratings. Naturally, I'm among the ones that voted good on this one, and I'm not one to vote "good" on something on here very often, either. In fact, to be honest, I tend to vote "bad" quite a bit more often than I vote "good" (yeah, you could call me the Simon Cowell of GNOME-Look and Xfce-Look. LOL). But this is DEFINITELY a theme that I consider GOOD because 1) I like wooden themes, and 2) it fulfills a need that, until now, has never been fulfilled in Xfce-land until now. Thanx for posting! :-)
