I would just suggest some alterations to v.2 of this theme.
1) Darker panel above programs (the one with the three buttons for closin, maximizing and minimizing)
2) some kind of thin border around the three buttons on the overhead panel.
It's wonderful on the eeePC ;)
(I hope you don't mind me altering the image for the overhead panel

I adore the tri colored buttons. Why doesn't more themes utilize them??
